It determines how your experience on this planet will go. For example as children we have the ability to run and play all day and hardly get tired. However overtime because of our toxic way of living that ability is taken away. If we were taught how to maintain our bodies, this lasting energy would remain constant with very little sign of aging. Diet. Food consumption is the first on the list because if what we eat allows the body to cleanse itself as well as satisfy us, then there would be much less of a need to cleanse. We would also need less exercise which also speeds the waste elimination process. This also encompasses the environment because we also consume our surroundings. Cleansing. The food we eat generally is for the pleasure and in most cases does not aid in flushing out waste. Even fruit and vegetables become stagnant inside the body. Movement goes hand in hand with cleaning because not only does exercise strengthen each and every system in the body but it speeds up our metabolism. Our channels of elimination are opened by sweating, urination, and bile movements that become more frequent. Deep breathing is a form of exercise that promotes circulation and blood flow. Exercise does not necessarily have to be a vigorous motion of the body. |
